NCKC Race 1 Wrap Up
Race #1 of the NCKC DAWG FM Championship Series was held on Sunday, May 6th
at Le Circuit Quyon under sunny skies and warm conditions! Le Circuit Quyon
enjoyed hosting approximately 30 NCKC racers over the duration of the
weekend, as well as six participants in the rental kart challenge.
All in all a great weekend, with Charlotte and William of the Le Circuit Quyon Race
Team battling it out with each other for 1st and 2nd positions respectively
in their division.
Congratulation to Crawford Kilpatrick, team member of LCQ,
battled hard in his first race aboard his new Arrow/Briggs kart from LCQ.
Crawfk managed a 3rd place podium with some brilliant passing and battles
with veteran Sylvain Coulombe in the GT division.
Congratulations to James White for a second place finish in Jr light division on his Tony/Briggs
prepared and tuned by Tuner PHIL(dad) of LCQ racing team.
The weekendmarked the successful start to the NCKC season; the event concluded without
a hitch and everyone enjoyed some seriously entertaining racing! Le Circuit
Quyon would like to thank the NCKC, St. John¹s Ambulance, and all of the
volunteers for contributing to this memorable first weekend! Thanks to all
participants for the fun and safe competition, and we¹ll see you back at Le
Circuit Quyon for Race #3 of the NCKC DAWG FM Championship Series on June
3rd!

Opening April 7, 2012 - LCQ is scheduled to open for business Saturday, April 7, 2012.

products and services to better serve our customers.
Operations Director - LCQ is proud to announce that Terry McGonigal is joining the Quyon team as Operations Director. Terry will lead track rental and karting leagues operations, Karting 101 program and advanced driver training. Terry brings 10 + years of karting experience. KDM Racing Joins LCQ - Also joining our race team, Kelly Michaud from KDM racing. Kelly will be leading our engine program. As you all know Kelly bring a wealth of knowledge in his many years of karting experience. His dedication to a consistent product has put many drivers on the winners box at club, provincial and national levels. In the KDM packages comes DERECK......In 15 plus years of racing Dereck has raced against the best and has been the best. Many championships under his belt, lately Dereck has dedicated his time in driver training services. Le Circuit Quyon
Track Extension Designs
Hey fellow karters! We hope winter is treating you all well. We have been busy in the preparatory work for the track extension. We are also glad to announce our new building to be erected sometime in early spring witch will house our new reception and kart shop. Attached are drawings that Terry McGonigal has been working on relentlessly as we are on our 14th example. The attached design has been submitted for asphalt tendering and will be laid sometime in May or June. Why I say June, we must be completely dried up to install our new asphalt. Keep your fingers crossed for some dry weather in the spring. The earlier it is dry the sooner we race on our new extension.
We will have storage available, completely enclosed area's for rent are 10x15, ( mini storage style). We have 8 units for rent varying in price and track package.
10x15 unit 125.00 per month, 3 months minimum.
Early Bird Special: 12 month rental and season track pass $1200.00
